I'n
2006 there was a medical malpractice injury in my family involving two chiropractors
in San Marino, CA. To make the situation worse, I had to deal with NCMIC
(National Chiropractic Malpractice Insurance Company located in Des Moines,
IA). With their high powered attorneys and unfair tactics, they made it
next to impossible to collect on our legitimate claim. I am posting my experience
to warn those who are considering chiropractic as a method for pain relief.
Know that an incorret manipulation on your neck can bring lifelong pain
with no monitary recourse - unless your loved ones are able to sue for wrongful
death. Since then, I've learned that alternate forms of healing such
as massage and acupuncture are safer and more efficient ways to approach
a recovery process.
