LATEST NEWS - 3/7/08 Hear their first single release "Work Out Love" on XM Radio's "Bluesville". (Thank you Bill Wax!!!) The Heat Brothers band was originally formed a number of years ago by former members of the legendary "Canned Heat" (hence the name). Along their musical journey, the members have played and/or recorded with a wide array of artists including: Ike and Tina Turner, Greg Allman, Delaney and Bonnie, Freddy King, Uriah Heep, Foghat, Ringo Starr, Buck Owens, Walter Trout, John Stewart, Chris Gaffney, David Gilmour, Tom Jones, Ricki Lee Jones, Randy Meisner and many others. Their new self-titled CD consists of original songs written by the band as well as 4 blues covers of some of their favorite tunes. Click on the photo above to hear a sample.
