PLAYBACK TIME
Please state a general time and day of the week you would like to
hear the .mp3 playback mix of your song. Letting me know your thoughts
or decisions on the drum track within two hours after hearing the
.mp3 mix is quite helpful and keeps me from changing my set up in
case punch-ins are required. If you feel you will need more than two
hours time, please state the amount of time below so that I may schedule
accordingly.

| CHART
/ SONG NOTES
A chart is NOT necessary for me to record a drum track unless you
do not have a lead vocal or lead melody line recorded on your
reference track. It IS necessary if you have very specific ideas of
what you would like to hear in the drum track or have specific beats
you would like to hear. If applicable, a substitute for a chart would
be a recording of your song with the previous drum track and an explanation
of what you did and/or did not prefer about the previous drum track.
Keep in mind that
I can interpret your song from a basic chord chart or read a note
for note drum part.
If you do not have the vocal or melody line recorded yet, a basic
"roadmap" of your song is helpful and allows me to understand
how you view your song's structure. You don't necessarily have to
write music to create this type of chart - just phrases or sections
in terms of measures or bars will work just as well. For example:
Intro - 8 bars
Verse
1 - 16 bars
Pre-Chorus - 3 bars
Chorus - 8 bars
Intelude - 4 bars
Verse 2, - 16 bars
(etc.)
Please use the
space below for your chart information or for any other notes or general
preferences you would like to hear in the drum track.
